Returns Only for Exchange or Refund:

  • We accept returns for exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with the original packaging intact.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at to obtain a Return.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received was defective or damaged.
  • Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria. Once approved, we will proceed with the exchange or issue a refund as per your request.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Please allow 3/5 Working Days for your refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time.

Exceptions and Exclusions:

  • Items purchased beyond the 14-day return window are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • We do not accept returns on the following items:

    • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
    • Consumable products such as food, beverages, Hijab or skincare items.
  • Returns that do not meet our return criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.
  • Provide detailed information and, if possible, photographs of the damaged or defective items to expedite the resolution process.
  • We will work swiftly to replace the item(s) or issue a refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
