Delivery Information

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

*Deliveries will take a little longer to get to you during this difficult time – we hope you understand. Standard Delivery orders should arrive
within 10 working days, and deliveries are made between Monday and Friday ONLY.

Unless you have purchased next day delivery your item will be shipped by UK Standard delivery, tracked and signed, delivery can take up
to 3 working days. Once you have placed your order online and the order has been dispatched you will receive an email from Royal Mail
with a tracking number, all deliveries must be signed for. If no one is in to accept a parcel Royal Mail will leave a note for you to rearrange
a delivery or collect your parcel.

Orders placed before 12pm GMT will be sent same working day for delivery next day between 8am and 6pm. This excludes weekends,
public holidays, Ramadhan, Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha and busy sale periods.

*All International Orders above £200.00 GBP will qualify for FREE Shipping. International deliveries may be subjected to import VAT or
customs duty, any such charges are solely the responsibility of the customer. Charges vary depending on your country, we advise that you
contact the customs department in your country for more details.
Please note that we cannot ship items as gifts in order to avoid customs charges.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

We will not accept responsibility if there is insufficient/incorrect address information which leads to packages being returned to. If we need
to re-send any order(s) then additional fees may apply. This must be paid in advance of shipment.
We will not accept responsibility if due to insufficient/incorrect address information being provided leads to an item being delivered to an
incorrect location.
We will not accept responsibility for any damage to our products that have occurred during transit. We at Ben Harad always ensure that all
our products are well packaged to safeguard them during the delivery process.
We cannot accept responsibility for the courier company losing the parcel/items during transit. However, Ben Harad will support our
customers by giving details to help them liaise with the courier service to investigate the loss and help find a solution to the problem.
If a delivery attempt is rejected by the customer by refusal to sign for a parcel/items that we sent after a confirmed order, with the customer
thereafter requesting a refund after the goods have already been sent, the first shipping fees incurred by Ben Harad and any shipping/courier
charges incurred for returning the parcel to Ben Harad will be deducted from the total refund value.

RETURNS INFORMATION

Clothing – If you wish to return an item to us for a full refund the item must be returned to us within 7 days of you receiving the item. You
must return with full packaging, unused, with tags attached and in a resalable condition. Please contact us at info@benharad.com with your
order number for a returns form. This must be fully completed and included in the returns package.
Exchange – Clothing – If you wish to exchange an item that is faulty or for a different size it must be returned to us within 21 days of the
purchase date. You must return the item with full packaging, unused and with tags attached and in a resalable condition. Please contact us at
info@benharad.co.uk with your order number for an exchange form. This must be fully completed and included in the returns package. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT OUR STORE, AS ANY CALLS WILL BE DIRECTED TO OUR EMAIL ADDRESS. Our Phone number is for store queries only.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on hijabs (Scarves), hijab caps and accessories due to hygiene reasons.

THERE IS NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON SALE ITEMS UNLESS FAULTY.

Refund process – Once items have been delivered to us your refund can take up to 7-14 working days or more during busy periods to be
processed. Customers will receive an email of notification that the refund has been completed. The timescale for it to arrive to the bank
varies depending on banks.

Only clothing that is unused, in perfect sellable condition and with the Ben Harad tag will qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to reject
refunds if we deem an item to be used and not in a resalable condition, the customer will have to pay delivery fees for the item to be

We highly recommend that returns and exchanges are sent via a tracked and signed for delivery, we cannot be held liable for lost returned
shipments. Ben Harad Limited will not refund any goods that have been returned to us which are lost in the post and are not accompanied by
a tracking number and signed for. The customer is liable to claim any loss due to a lost or damaged item in transit.
Your refund will be paid in to your chosen payment method for your original purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable. International
customers are advised that Ben Harad Limited will not refund any charges/tax you may incur when returning.

 

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs for returns or exchange or if your order has already been shipped out and / or you refuse delivery. 

 

Any items returned to us after the 7 day threshold without our prior knowledge or returned to us in a visibly damaged/used condition will not be eligible for a return. In this instance the customer will be responsible for the reshipping charges.
