RETURNS INFORMATION

Clothing – If you wish to return an item to us for a full refund the item must be returned to us within 7 days of you receiving the item. You must return with full packaging, unused, with tags attached and in a resalable condition. Please contact us at using our online form here with your order number for a returns form. This must be fully completed and included in the returns package.

Exchange – Clothing – If you wish to exchange an item that is faulty or for a different size it must be returned to us within 21 days of the purchase date. You must return the item with full packaging, unused and with tags attached and in a resalable condition. Please contact us at using our online form here with your order number for an exchange form. This must be fully completed and included in the returns package. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT OUR STORE, AS ANY CALLS WILL BE DIRECTED TO OUR ONLINE ENQUIRY FORM. Our Phone number is for store queries only.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on hijabs (Scarves), hijab caps and accessories due to hygiene reasons.

THERE IS NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON SALE ITEMS UNLESS FAULTY.

Refund process – Once items have been delivered to us your refund can take up to 7-14 working days or more during busy periods to be processed. Customers will receive an email of notification that the refund has been completed. The timescale for it to arrive to the bank varies depending on banks.

Only clothing that is unused, in perfect sellable condition and with the Ben Harad tag will qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to reject refunds if we deem an item to be used and not in a resalable condition, the customer will have to pay delivery fees for the item to be redelivered to them. We highly recommend that returns and exchanges are sent via a tracked and signed for delivery, we cannot be held liable for lost returned shipments. Ben Harad Limited will not refund any goods that have been returned to us which are lost in the post and are not accompanied by a tracking number and signed for. The customer is liable to claim any loss due to a lost or damaged item in transit.
Your refund will be paid in to your chosen payment method for your original purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable. International customers are advised that Ben Harad Limited will not refund any charges/tax you may incur when returning.

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs for returns or exchange or if your order has already been shipped out and / or you refuse delivery. 

Any items returned to us after the 7 day threshold without our prior knowledge or returned to us in a visibly damaged/used condition will not be eligible for a return. In this instance the customer will be responsible for the reshipping charges.
