Similar to how a master perfumer creates the accords and essences in a fragrance, a master blender blends the eaux-de-vie in the ideal ratios to create a superior cognac. To give Angels’ Share its natural caramel colour, the liquor’s essence of Cognac is added. A rare mixture that should only be experienced by angels, the fragrance begins with cognac oil and builds on a base of oak pure, cinnamon essence, and Tonka bean absolute. The long-lasting notes of sandalwood, praline, and vanilla create a delightful finish.
