Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with Ben Harad. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy carefully.
Returns Only for Exchange or Refund:
- NO REFUNDS on the occasional gowns / caftan ONLY EXCHANGE if size is available.
- We accept returns for exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with the original packaging intact.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at bhenquires@gmail.com to obtain a Return.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received was defective or damaged.
- Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria. Once approved, we will proceed with the exchange or issue a refund as per your request.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Please allow 3/5 Working Days for your refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time.
Exceptions and Exclusions:
- Items purchased beyond the 14-day return window are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
- We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Personalised or customised products.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Consumable products such as food, beverages, Hijab or skincare items.
- Returns that do not meet our return criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.
- Provide detailed information and, if possible, photographs of the damaged or defective items to expedite the resolution process.
- We will work swiftly to replace the item(s) or issue a refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
