Exchange Policy – Luxury Range

We offer an exchange policy on our Luxury range within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be returned in the same condition as delivered, unused, and with original packaging and tags attached.

Exchange – Clothing

  • If you wish to exchange a faulty item or a different size, it must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, in full packaging, with tags attached, and in a resalable condition.
  • To request an exchange, please contact us at BHenquires@gmail.com with your order number to receive an exchange form.
  • The exchange form must be fully completed and included in the return package.

STRICT RETURN SHIPPING REQUIREMENT

📢 ALL RETURNS & EXCHANGES MUST BE SENT USING A TRACKED POSTAL SERVICE! 📢

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the returned item is sent with tracking and a signature upon delivery.
  • Ben Harad is NOT responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
  • If a return is lost in transit and does not have a valid tracking number, we will not process a refund or exchange.
  • Customers must claim compensation from their postal provider for any lost or damaged return items.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items for hygiene reasons:
❌ Hijabs (Scarves)
❌ Hijab Caps
❌ Accessories


Sale Items Policy

🚫 NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on sale items, unless the item is faulty.


Refund Policy

  • Only unused clothing in perfect, sellable condition with the Ben Harad tag attached qualifies for a refund.
  • We reserve the right to reject refunds if an item appears used or not in resalable condition.
  • If your refund request is denied, you must pay the delivery fee to have the item sent back to you.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

International Returns & Exchanges

  • Ben Harad does not refund any international taxes, customs fees, or additional charges incurred during the return process.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for international exchanges and returns.

Important Notes

📍 We do not refund shipping costs for returns or exchanges. If your order has already been shipped and you refuse delivery, we will not refund shipping costs.
📍 Any items returned after the 7-day threshold without prior authorization or returned in a damaged/used condition will not be eligible for a refund.
📍 In such cases, the customer must pay for reshipping charges to receive the item back.
